RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your new items, but we understand not everything works out!
Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. Customers
will have 14 DAYS from the day the order is delivered to the shipping address to initiate a return
or exchange, subject to availability. Perfect Touch Clothing will gladly accept any full-price
merchandise that is in compliance with our return guidelines.
Once the merchandise has been received, inspected, and confirmed it follows our return policy,
we will refund your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days to process
your refund.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer but returns can also be made in person at our
storefront in Demopolis, Alabama.
Before making a return, please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the
guidelines.
RETURN GUIDELINES
-For defective or damaged items, please contact us via email within 3 days of the delivery date
with your name, order number, and photos of the damages.
-Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags
still attached.
-Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains as well as any foul
odor will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
-Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs, including returns. Perfect Touch Clothing is not
responsible for packages that were lost or damaged in the mail.
-All shipping fees are nonrefundable.
-All items discounted from the original price are FINAL SALE.
-All jewelry is FINAL SALE.
